Outranking

Outranking describes live-SERP clustering, up to 100K keywords, volume/CPC/difficulty, allintitle, backlinks, GSC mapping, and ranking probability. https://outranking.io/seo-keyword-strategy-tool/
Respona
No official evidence of a keyword-discovery, clustering, difficulty, or volume-research module; target keywords are inputs to an order, not a research capability.
https://respona.com/blog/white-label-agencies/ says agencies provide target keywords, but does not document keyword research functionality.
Content execution
Execution
How well the tool helps produce, optimize, or operationalize SEO content.

AI-search / GEO
Visibility

Outranking
No official AI-search optimization or generative-engine optimization feature was found.
The reviewed official product pages describe Google/SERP SEO, content, and GSC workflows but do not publish AI-search/GEO support. https://outranking.io/seo-ai/
Respona
AI-search visibility is an explicit product outcome: tracking spans six named AI engines with daily and prompt-level reporting, paired with citation-oriented placements.
https://respona.com/blog/ai-search-visibility-services/ names ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot and describes daily tracking.
GEO readiness
Visibility
How ready the tool is for generative engine optimization: answer-engine visibility, citation likelihood, AI-search prompt surfaces, and content structures that AI systems can use.
Outranking
No geographic/local SEO readiness feature is documented beyond mentioning local service pages as content types.
The official FAQ mentions local service pages as optimizable content, but does not document local rank grids, citations, or geo workflows. https://outranking.io/
Respona
Respona optimizes placed content for AI answers and targets listicles/roundups/resource pages AI engines cite, but does not document technical GEO controls for the customer's own site.
https://respona.com/pricing/ says content is optimized for search and AI answers; https://respona.com/blog/ai-search-visibility-services/ explains targeting sources AI engines cite.
Technical SEO
Diagnostics

Outranking
Narrow on-page and internal-linking support, not a documented technical SEO crawler/auditor.
The site documents on-page metrics, title/heading/description optimization, image/readability/link checks, crawling for internal links, and GSC; it does not publish a broader technical audit. https://outranking.io/seo-ai/
Respona
No official evidence that Respona performs technical SEO audits or fixes such as crawling, schema, indexation, or Core Web Vitals work.
https://respona.com/ presents managed placements and digital PR; its published pricing and feature descriptions do not claim technical SEO auditing or remediation.
Publishing workflow
Operations
How well the tool moves work into CMS, publishing, approvals, or automated production workflows.

https://respona.com/pricing/ documents domain approvals and rules; https://respona.com/blog/seo-reseller-packages/ describes white-label reports and client approval-chain support.
Value accessibility
Buying
How easy it is for a team to reach value relative to pricing, setup complexity, and required expertise.
Outranking
An entry plan and trial CTA exist, but published subscription prices are high and AI drafting can require an add-on.
The official pricing page lists Starter at $1,500 monthly or $1,125 yearly and says advanced AI functions require an AI characters add-on. https://outranking.io/pricing-plan/
Respona
Transparent pay-per-result pricing starts at $100 per placement, with no monthly software subscription shown and bulk discounts, but meaningful use still requires paid placements.

Estimated customer scale
Market proof
Estimated customer or user scale based on public claims, with source claims stored separately for auditability.
Outranking
Moderate adoption signal, but the site reports people/users rather than customers and no verified customer count.
The site says "Join over 12000 people accelerating content and rankings" and displays customer logos; this is not a customer-count claim. https://outranking.io/
Respona
No customer-count estimate is asserted: official pages show logos and review/ranking references but do not provide a verifiable total customer count.
https://respona.com/ displays customer logos and a G2 momentum claim, but no total customer count; no numeric estimate is inferred.
Agent readiness level
Automation
How ready the product is to operate as or inside an AI agent workflow, based on tracked subcriteria for autonomy, controls, integrations, memory, and evaluation.
Outranking
AI-assisted writing automates isolated steps, but no external agent interface, autonomous multi-step operator, durable memory, or evaluation loop is documented.
Official product and onboarding pages describe guided AI content workflows rather than an agent platform: https://outranking.io/ and https://outranking.io/onboarding/
Respona
Respona has a high-autonomy managed workflow and AI-assisted research/tracking, but it is not documented as an API-first autonomous agent product.

Outranking describes step-by-step workflow, automatic optimization, automatic research, one-click Google Docs export, and WordPress linking. https://outranking.io/
Respona
Very low operational burden: the site claims a 30-second order and handles the workflow end to end, while still offering approvals and custom requirements.
https://respona.com/ says '30 seconds to order' and describes end-to-end fulfillment; https://respona.com/pricing/ documents customization, approvals, anchors, URLs, and custom requirements.
